Welcome to Bond Botanical. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at bondbotanical.com (the "Site") and the purchase of our products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into contracts to purchase from our Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Account Registration
You may create an account to make purchases and manage orders. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current information.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Products & Orders
Product descriptions
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and specifications, but do not warrant that all information is error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Bond Botanical is a botanical disinfectant registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA Reg. No. 92089-2). All efficacy claims are based on EPA-registered testing.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud. If we decline your order after payment, we will refund you in full.
Availability
Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
- Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and payments processed through our secure providers (Stripe, PayPal, Square).
- By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
- Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on shipping destination.
- If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping is offered on U.S. orders over $50. Standard shipping rates apply below that threshold.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after processing (U.S. only).
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
- Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
- International shipping, if available, may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes that are your responsibility.
6. Returns & Refunds
Return window
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used disinfectant products are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to request a return
Email hello@bondbotanical.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Do not ship products back without prior authorization.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
