These Terms of Service and Refund Policy (together, the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at elvisbond.com (the "Site") and the purchase of our products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

PART I

Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into contracts to purchase from our Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

You may create an account to make purchases and manage orders. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Products & Orders

Product descriptions

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and specifications, but do not warrant that all information is error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Bond Botanical is a botanical disinfectant registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA Reg. No. 92089-2). All efficacy claims are based on EPA-registered testing.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud. If we decline your order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Availability

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
• Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and payments processed through our secure providers (Stripe, PayPal, Square).
• By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
• Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on shipping destination.
• If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping is offered on U.S. orders over $50. Standard shipping rates apply below that threshold.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after processing (U.S. only).
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
• International shipping, if available, may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes that are your responsibility.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product formulations, and the Bond Botanical name and trade dress — is the property of Bond Botanical or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

PART II

Refund Policy.

Your satisfaction matters. We craft every bottle with care, and if something isn't right, we want to make it right.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted, except in cases of defective or damaged products (see Section 4).

2. Eligibility

Eligible for return

• Unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
• Products received within the last 30 days.
• Products purchased directly from bondbotanical.com.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items (any time within 7 days of delivery).

Not eligible for return

• Opened or used disinfectant products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
• Products purchased through third-party retailers or resellers.
• Bundles or gift sets where any item has been used.
• Products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow label directions.
• Final sale, clearance, or promotional items marked "non-returnable."

3. How to Request a Refund

To start a return, follow these three steps:

Step 1 — Contact us

Email [email protected] with:

• Your order number.
• The item(s) you'd like to return.
• The reason for return.
• Photos, if the item is damaged or defective.

Step 2 — Receive authorization

Within 1–2 business days, we'll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Do not ship products back without an RA number — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Step 3 — Ship it back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging when possible, include the RA number, and ship it using a trackable method. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the refund is processed.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
• Your order number.
• A short description of the issue.

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — at no cost to you. You do not need to return damaged items unless we specifically request it.

5. Refund Processing

Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

What is refunded

• Product price: refunded in full.
• Original shipping: non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective).
• Return shipping: your responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
• Restocking fee: we do not charge a restocking fee.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Exception: if we shipped you the wrong item, we will send the correct one at no cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
